For fifty years, this ground was Chesterfield Mall. Now it’s becoming something the region has never had: acres of open green space at the center of a true, walkable downtown — a front yard for a community that has been waiting for one.

A looping promenade winds through rolling lawns, native gardens, and shaded groves — connecting an open events lawn built for concerts and festivals, market plazas for pop-ups and farmers markets, and a biergarten where the community can raise a glass together.
